Judge to Order Christian Convert to Return to Ohio

Rifqa Bary ran away to Florida, saying she believed her Muslim family would harm her for converting to Christianity.

A judge in Orlando said today that he plans to send Rifqa Bary back to Ohio. Bary, a 17-year-old who fled to Florida because she believes her Muslim family would physically harm her for converting to Christianity.

Florida police found no evidence that her family would harm her and her mother's evangelical lawyer believed her Sri Lankan parents were right. Bary left for Florida on a bus in July to stay with husband and wife pastors she met through a prayer group on Facebook.

The judge said today that her parents must provide immigration paperwork and that she can continue her education through a Florida online school. A representative from the children's services in Ohio said a foster home has been identified for Rifqa in that state, according to the Orlando Sentinel. The Columbus Dispatch reports that the judge said he expects Bary to return to Ohio by October 27.

You are going to wish you had checked your facts. TH judge said nothing of the sort about her being back in Ohio by October 27. Wrong. The real story, which you should have investigated, is that the judge adamantly refuses to let Rifqa out of Florida without examining her parents' immigration papers. Five times the court ordered them to produce them and five times they have refused. They have until October 23 to produce them Both the Ohio judge and the Florida judge agree that Rifqa may not be moved without them.

If you are not going to do your own research, you should check with Pam Geller of Atlas Shrugs. She obtained the parents immigration documents from Homeland Security. The entire Bary family is here illegally. The father lied about coming here on a medical visa. He came in illegally through Mexico . Rifqa's eye was never treated. That's right Never treated.Rifqa is not going to be moved any time soon as she will be applying for asylum and cannot be moved until it is accomplished. I know you are happy. Aren't we glad that her parents won't slay her for converting to Jesus? Aren't we proud of her? At least, I am. Godspeed, Rifqa, baby girl. The Lord will protect you. This is one Christian convert that Islam will not slay; we decree this in Jesus' name. Amen.

The article is really interesting. I have seen lot of people who Judge to Order Christian Convert to Return to Ohio. I think all the religions are equal and we should not force anyone to accept any religion.
