Obama is still not a Muslim

Twelve percent of respondents believe Barack Obama is Muslim, according to a recent poll by the Pew Research Center for the People and the Press

Rick Warren asked Obama: What does it mean to you to trust in Christ on a daily basis.

"I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and I am redeemed by him. That is a source of strength and sustenance on a daily basis. I know that I don't walk alone. I know if I can get myself out of the way, I can maybe carry out in some small way what he intends. Those things that I have on a fairly regular basis will get washed way. It also means an sense of obligation to embrace not through just words but deeds the expectations God has for us. That means thinking about the least of these. It means acting justly, loving mercy, walking humbly."

If you are going to quote him, quote him correctly, he added the remainder of the verse: with God. Frankly, I can't remember the pronoun he used (our/your), but he definitely said with God.

A majority of people with whom I have contact believe that Obama is Christian, not Muslim. However, the record states that he attended a Muslim school while living with his step-father (who was a Muslim)in Indonesia. It has also been reported that the members of Mr. Obama's step family are Muslim, including two step-brothers who apparently are devout Muslims. Perhaps that is the reason he is sometimes thought to be Muslim.

I AM CURIOUS AS TO WHAT, SPECIFICALLY, CAUSED MR OBAMA TO CROSS THE LINE AND LEAVE ISLAM AND BECOME AN INFIDEL. WHAT WAS HIS INSPIRATION AND WHO WAS IT THAT LED HIM TO THIS DECISION OR DID HE, LIKE SAUL, HAVE AN ON THE ROAD TO DAMASCUS EXPERIENCE A PRIORI HUMAN INTERFERENCE.

Unquestionably Barack Obama is a Christian brother, who is humbly following the way of Jesus by living out the gospel imperatives with great sincerity, and is challenging us to do so in our family, our national and international arenas.Notice how Jesus-centred he is; his basis for forgiveness and strength is found in Jesus, whom he specifically named. He is a thoughtful and well-informed Christian with very considered and mature judgement in many, many areas- and well-equipped to work on new problems wisely. Watching reaction among some Christians reminds me of a meal we had with a member of the Evangelical Free Church in Madison,Wisconsin, once. They stopped us talking about Billy Graham, and expressing our respect for him, because they called him a "liberal".

Obama was raised muslim. He wrote in his book that he would side with muslims if conditions were right. He had a muslim name (twice) and lived in a muslim country.

His work history has been as a community organizer (agitator) with ties to Rezko and communists and black church leaders who have an axe to grind with America. Whatever he is, he has a very bad background and a non-existent working American resume with 145 days experience in the Senate before he started his campaign. That's arrogant. My child would be as accomplished as he is.

He is the most liberal person in the Senate, and he has been extreme about his support for all abortion (including partial birth abortion where the child is suspended in the birth canal and has its brains sucked out) and he voted to allow children accidentally born alive after abortions to die instead of receive care. That's not human. We treat dogs better than that.

A question worth asking:

So what if he was a Muslim?

How can anyone stay in a church that is so negative and all black. If I was running for a job in the community I would want to go to a mixed church. A positive church that brought the people together! I have always been in a mixed church. My parents taught us to be humble and to love all! We served the community in general, not color. I am 75 so my teachings were before Dr.King and unity with our community! That is what God is all about!

Why or did Obama really leave his pastor and church after 20 years of negative teachings. I would have walked out of that church with the first negative word.

Obama is not a leader for this country!
