Janine Petry

Janine Petry is passionate about sharing God’s truths through the written word. At the heart of her passion is her desire to minister Christ’s message of new life to women of all ages who struggle with life’s complexities. Having grown up on Long Island, Janine’s particularly passionate about the ocean and is committed to exploring the ways God reveals his power and purpose to transform our lives by “the washing with water through the word” (Ephesians 5:26).
In her nearly ten years in Christian publishing, Janine has served on the staffs of several Christianity Today International (CTI) magazines, including serving as the assistant editor of MARRIAGE PARTNERSHIP. Most recently, Janine served as Managing Editor of Women’s and Family Issues for CTI’s Online Resources, and as the columnist for “Ask a Resourceful Mom” and “Resourceful Woman” in the MomSense and Women’s Connection e-newsletters.
Janine received her BA in Christian Education and Biblical & Theological Studies from Wheaton College in IL, as well as her Masters in Educational Ministries from Wheaton College Graduate School, also in IL.
